To maintain total asset control without the burden of direct execution, we implement an operational shielding protocol covering financial, legal, supply chain, and construction management.

We control cash flow through administration trusts. Payments to partners are released exclusively against milestones validated by our PMO.

We implement Administration Trusts to ensure that project capital is protected. This guarantees that payments are released punctually and transparently, linked exclusively to the completion of milestones validated by our PMO, eliminating financial uncertainty.

Strategic Supply Management

To optimize execution timelines, Nucleo manages the direct purchase of critical equipment. This reduces the financial and operational burden on the subcontractor, eliminating supply risks and allowing their team to focus 100% on technical installation excellence.

Digital Progress Certification

We use an immutable digital evidence system (logs and georeferencing). This process not only conditions payment but also protects the subcontractor by generating irrefutable proof of work completed, streamlining reviews and approvals by the Operations Director.
